Before you begin
Clear answers protect a good working relationship.
If your requirement is unusual, discuss it before booking so it can be written into the scope.
Can I rent only the studio room?
No. Production is the minimum engagement. The Story Space does not offer a bare room-rental package.
Do you help me decide what to say?
Yes in P3 and P4. P1 and P2 clients provide their own topic, questions, script or talking points. Normal shoot coordination is included but does not become a content-strategy engagement.
How long is a standard shoot?
The approved standard provides up to three hours of guest/client time within an approximately four-hour internal team allocation, with up to two setups or backgrounds.
When is raw footage delivered?
P1 raw footage is delivered on the next calendar day after full payment. For P2–P4, raw footage is available on request and retained with project files for 30 calendar days after final delivery.
How long does edited delivery take?
The first edited version is normally planned within three calendar days from the final required shoot. Final delivery is normally 7–14 calendar days including the agreed revision process, subject to client inputs, approvals and the written scope.
How many revision rounds are included?
P2, P3 and P4 normally include one consolidated revision round within the approved topic, footage and creative direction. New content, direction, versions or formats are scope changes.
How is a booking confirmed?
P1 and P2 require 50% advance; the balance is payable on the shoot date before recording. P3 and P4 require 100% advance before the monthly work cycle begins.
Can I reschedule?
P1 and P2 include one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. A request within 48 hours may require a new booking advance. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed by final commercial authority.
Do you guarantee views, leads or sales?
No responsible content partner can guarantee those outcomes. We commit to the agreed process, professional effort, delivery standards, review and improvement. Audience and business results depend on many factors outside production.
Can you publish and manage the content?
Publishing, basic community management, analytics and optimisation are part of P4 within the agreed platform and response boundaries. They are not included by default in P1–P3.
